HOOGO® Aluminum-zinc-magnesium Steel Plate
Ultra-High Substrate Strength: Delivers exceptional structural stability with a high minimum yield strength of 395 MPa and a minimum tensile strength of 490 MPa.
Dense Ternary Eutectic Barrier: Formed via high-temperature curing of Zn, Al, and Mg. The dense microstructure of Zn, Al, and Zn2Mg creates a solid surface shield that effectively blocks all corrosion factors.
5x Higher Corrosion Resistance: Exhibits more than 5 times the corrosion resistance of conventional hot-dip galvanized steel sheets (GI, HGI) under the same coating weight.
Exceptional Cut-Edge Self-Healing: Features superior edge-protection. The alloy dynamically migrates to heal cut surfaces, making it a perfect, heavy-duty alternative to traditional hot-dip galvanized products.
HOOGO's self-developed anti-falling support system has successfully passed rigorous simulation test reports by the National Seismological Bureau and obtained the official national invention patent (Patent No. ZL201910108945.8), providing certified structural security.
Utilizing a specialized "Tooth + Through-bolt" interlocking design rather than traditional friction-based friction joints, the system guarantees significantly higher reliability at connection nodes, completely eliminating potential safety hazards during and after installation.
All components are direct-cut and bolted together on-site with zero hazardous operations required. It supports free combination into any required bracing form, allows effortless disassembly, and enables seamless secondary structural extensions.

Built with Zinc-Aluminum-Magnesium (Zn-Al-Mg) alloy coated steel plates, the base material delivers high yield strength and a superior corrosion resistance that is approximately 3 times higher than ordinary galvanized steel sheets.
All core channel components and fittings are highly standardized and pre-fabricated in the factory under strict quality control.
